Description of procedure
Our deep and dynamic Abhyanga takes everything from the traditional Ayurvedic procedure but brings more intense relaxation and more powerful herbal oil therapy. It targets the most common problems of modern times. The therapist focuses on releasing muscle tension in the problematic area of the neck and back, using special strokes to stimulate blood circulation, activate lymph movement, remove toxins and reduce cellulite.

Royal Abhyanga / Full body treatment with two therapists
Description of procedure
Ayurvedic deep care for the head, face and body with warm, heated herbal oil. The body treatment is performed simultaneously by two therapists using synchronous movements, when the brain switches off thought processes thanks to bilateral impulses. Synchronous body sensations contribute to the alignment of both hemispheres, to the harmonization of the mind and a feeling of deep peace and balance. Intensive therapy relaxes the skin and deep muscles and relieves stiffness and pain in the body. The synchronous Ayurvedic Abhyanga procedure thus brings a much more intense experience for the body and mind.

During the Ayurvedic Abhyanga Deep procedure, the therapist focuses on releasing muscle tension in the problematic area of the neck and back, using special strokes to stimulate blood circulation, the lymphatic system, and detoxify the body.

Description of procedure
This Ayurvedic treatment is a combination of the most famous traditional Ayurvedic techniques. After the Abhyanga detoxification treatment, you will indulge in the deeply relaxing Shirodhara therapy. This Ayurvedic therapy with a thousand-year tradition focuses on a specific area of the forehead, the so-called third eye. Warmed oil applied to this sensitive area of the head has a deeply soothing and relaxing effect, helps in the treatment of migraines, improves vision, memory and concentration, and reduces anxiety and depression. The therapy takes place in a specially equipped room under the guidance of an Ayurvedic specialist from India.

A combination of the traditional oil treatment Abhyanga, which nourishes and harmonizes the entire body, with the targeted abdominal therapy Nabhi. Nabhi Abdominal focuses on the area around the navel, the body's energy-sensitive center, the center of vitality and will. It supports proper digestion (relieves bloating, constipation), can be beneficial for digestive problems caused by stress, relieves menstrual pain and relieves tension in the abdominal area.

The subsequent Padabhyanga focuses on the lower limbs, where the nerve endings of all internal organs are located and the energy pathways of the whole body are harmonized. Experience the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda through Nasya, a therapeutic nasal treatment that nourishes the nasal mucosa, relieves allergy symptoms, headaches, and supports respiratory and olfactory health. The procedure begins with a full body relaxing warm oil therapy to open energy pathways, promote circulation, and deepen the effects. The Nasya procedure itself then continues with gentle stimulation of the head, neck, and face, followed by a relaxing Ayurvedic facial steam bath and the careful application of warm herbal oils into the nostrils. The combination of the two treatments works synergistically: while Abhyanga prepares the body, Nasya specifically targets the head, sinuses, airways, and senses.
