Full Body Detoxifying Massage and Foot Relaxation / Abhyanga & Padabhyanga
Description of procedure
Full body detoxifying Ayurvedic massage with emphasis on relaxation of the lower limbs. Abhyanga is a traditional deep dynamic full-body massage using herbal oils with detoxifying and regenerative effects. The follow-up Padabhyanga focuses on the lower extremities, where the nerve endings of all internal organs are located, and the energetic pathways of the entire body are harmonized. This Ayurvedic massage circulates the legs, relieves tension, and has a stimulating effect on our nervous system, which helps with headaches, insomnia, and nervousness.

Description of procedure
Our deep and dynamic Abhyanga takes everything from traditional Ayurvedic massage but brings the intense relaxation of a more powerful herbal oil massage. It targets the most common problems of modern times. During a 90-minute massage, the therapist focuses on releasing muscle tension in the problematic neck and back area, stimulating blood circulation with special strokes, activating lymph movement, draining toxins, and alleviating cellulite.

This is followed by the application of warmed herbal oil to the lumbar area to relax and nourish the overworked part of the spine, relieve pain, and calm the mind.

Description of procedure
This Ayurvedic treatment is a combination of the most famous traditional Ayurvedic techniques. After a detoxifying full-body massage – the Abhyanga Ayurvedic massage – you will indulge in a deeply relaxing Shirodhara therapy. This Ayurvedic massage with a thousand-year tradition focuses on a specific area of the forehead, the so-called “third eye”. Warmed oil applied to this sensitive area of the head is deeply soothing and relaxing, helping to treat migraines, improve vision, memory, and concentration, and reduce anxiety and depression. The therapy takes place in a specially equipped room under the guidance of an Ayurvedic specialist from India.

Description of procedure
Ayurvedic massage with bags filled with a special mixture of herbs in combination with heated oil. The massage helps to relax stiff joints and muscles, improve blood circulation and body flexibility. The treatment is finished with a sweat bark in an Ayurvedic steam box, in which the intense sweating process increases the effect of the massage and detoxification of the body.

Description of procedure
Ayurvedic head, face, and body massage with warm herbal oil. The massage is carried out by two masseurs simultaneously in synchronous movements, where the brain switches off thought processes thanks to bilateral impulses. The synchronous body sensations contribute to the balancing of both hemispheres, to harmonize the mind, and to a feeling of deep peace and equanimity. The intense massage relaxes the skin and deep muscles and relieves stiffness and pain in the body.
